At Precious Memories, we know that every photo tells a story. That’s why we’re passionate about helping families preserve their most cherished memories, one photo at a time. Our founder, Steph, started this business out of a personal need to preserve her own family’s memories. When she inherited hundreds of old family photos that had been stored away in albums for decades, these photos were a link to her family’s past and a way to connect with her loved ones who had since passed away.

The Journey of Preservation
We follow a meticulous four-step process to transform your physical archives into high-end digital legacies, ensuring every memory is treated with archival care.

Preparation
Gather your family prints, sort them into sets, and label the collections.
Mail photos or drop off at our studio.

Scanning
Using high-end sensors, we capture your originals at 600 DPI ensuring that every detail is captured accurately.

Editing
After scanning, we carefully examine each image and perform basic editing, such as dust and scratch removal, colour and contrast correction, and minor retouching. We want your photos to look their best while maintaining their original soul.
04
Digital Archive
Receive your high-resolution files via your chosen cloud storage or a hard drive. We safely return your original prints by secure courier or can organise physical pickup.
